Thoughts are like different colors and shapes
Yes. Everyone knows how to be focus. But the thing is when we wanted to be focus it is not helping us anymore. So what to do? First of all we can take a deep breathe to stay focus. And let the thought come into your mind to be distract. And then catch the thought and put it in drawer. Give a name of each drawer where you are going to put those thoughts. Easy haah? 


No. this is not so easy I can tell you. In the beginning it seems a mess for us. So catching a thought , a vision, a feeling is really tough than you are catching a fish :p. 

You can sharp start to catch one thought in a single moment of a day. Then gradually you will be able to catch all those non helpful thoughts. But remember initially you have to pampered all the thoughts in a same intensity of importance.

So what is stopping you. let's start by catch little thoughts and moments and put them into drawer. Then you will be more focused when you truly wants to focus in any task. Congratulation in advance because after practicing few days you will be someone who is consistently can be focus.
